At 4mm thick, it provides a comfortable cushioning that's slightly thinner than the Harmony mat, with a size of 60cm wide and 172.7cm long.

Please note: The Level One mat features a "single-pass" construction, with the reinforcing scrim placed at the bottom rather than in the middle.
